Senior Consultant / Project Manager for IT-RfPs (m/f/d)

Your duties:

  • Planning and execution of complex IT RfP projects with focus on the areas LAN & WLAN / WAN for globally operating customers
  • Preparation of RfP documents, service specifications and price models
  • Management and control of the entire RfP process
  • Technical and commercial evaluation of the offers
  • Conducting technical and commercial negotiations
  • Preparation and presentation of project results for management committees


Your professional skills:

  • Successfully completed, technical vocational training, successfully completed studies in (business) Informatics with several years of professional and relevant experience or several years of professional experience in comparable tasks.
  • Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure or global network architectures (LAN, WLAN, WAN, network security, cloud access)
  • Several years of professional experience (min. five years) in dealing with global network architectures as well as strategic IT understanding
  • Very good knowledge in dealing with service contracts, ITIL, SLAs and pricing models
  • Practical experience in the environment of IT tenders and/or in project management

Network Support Engineer (Cisco) (m/w/d)

Your duties:

  • Administration, configuration and operation of large, local networks (LAN / WLAN) in Cisco / Fortinet network environments with the associated tools
  • Administration and configuration of the firewall environment
  • Planning, preparation and implementation of changes for extensions and for modernization of the network landscape
  • Incident management and monitoring of the corresponding network landscape
  • Preparation of planning- and documentation files
  • Work in our operations team assigned to the customer


Your professional skills:

  • Successfully completed, technical vocational training or successfully completed studies in (business) computer science with, several relevant years of professional experience
  • Very good knowledge and several years of professional experience in the network area (routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, IP addresses, etc.) especially LAN/WLAN
  • Very good, general knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure
  • Several years of professional experience in handling Cisco / Fortinet network environments as well as related tools
  • Confident handling of MS Office products (Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to work in a team as well as customer-oriented
  • Willingness to travel to the customer (Neu-Ulm) as well as occasionally (10%) to branch offices of the customer in Germany
  • Good written and spoken German language skills
